Dishwasher/CleanerWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Cleaner to join our team on a contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchenware, utensils, and the overall kitchen area.Key Responsibilities:Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher and handwashing as necessary.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling appropriately.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management.Skills and Qualifications:Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items if needed.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
