This role supports facility operations by monitoring building automation systems and performing plumbing-related preventive maintenance, repairs, and alterations across multiple buildings. You will take direction from facility operations and maintenance supervisors while ensuring plumbing and related systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Work EnvironmentThis position works primarily indoors with routine exposure to outdoor conditions as part of facility maintenance activities. You will work in court buildings that connect to correctional facilities, requiring awareness of secure environments and adherence to facility protocols. The role balances independent tasks with collaborative work alongside other maintenance professionals. You will regularly use a variety of maintenance tools and equipment, including electrical testing devices, pipe benders, ladders, trucks, and standard electrical and plumbing hand tools, always in conjunction with appropriate safety equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
